According to the latest news bulletin on NBC, all Americans will be microchipped by 2017. In fact, chips will be implanted in individuals so as to ease their identification process.
However, opinions are divided on the matter because according to some, the RFID Microchip will empower the government beyond limits, allowing it to easily track your every move. Virginia, for instance, along with some other states, has proposed legislation to stop this from being implemented.
The news also reported of an RFID Brain Chip that has been developed and is being tested on several humans at the moment. It has been stated that the use of Micro-Chips in Bill H.R. 4872 can be found on Page 1014 under “National Medical Device Registry” and it speaks of a “Class II Device That is Implantable.” This bill has been passed. The RFID Microchip actually allows the government to track movement of people that carry this chip.
