Ex-Microsoft Executive Killed In Plane Crash

A former Microsoft executive and his teenage son are among as many as four people presumed dead after their plane crashed into a residential neighbourhood in Connecticut.

Bill Henningsgaard and his teenage son, Maxwell, were travelling the East Coast to visit colleges, and Connecticut was part of the itinerary, said Mr Henningsgaard's brother, Blair Henningsgaard.

US extends embassy closures over al Qaeda threat
